PHealth OS Business Plan – For pet hotels, clinics, and professional facilities. Manage multiple pets, rooms, cameras, daily care, staff handovers, and client updates. Reduces workload — not just monitoring. Plan
Before choosing a Business Plan, consider:
• Number of cameras
• Number of pets/rooms
• Number of staff
• Types of pets (cats, dogs, rabbits)
1. Visit the PHealth OS official website and download the software.
2. Run the installer and install it on your computer.
3. Open the PHealth OS management screen, then register or log in to your PHealth OS account.
4. Follow the tutorial to connect supported cameras.
5. Once setup is complete, you can start using the features.
Note: To ensure real-time AI analysis works properly, your computer and camera must be connected to the same network.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans renew annually. If payment fails, a grace period is provided. If still unpaid after grace period, paid features may be suspended. Price changes will be announced in advance.
Supported Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, major Hong Kong local e-payment methods.
Cancel Auto-Renewal: Cancel anytime in Account Center. Paid features remain active until the current billing period ends, then your account reverts to unpaid status.
Important: Deleting the app, logging out, shutting down your computer, or disconnecting cameras does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel in Account Center.
Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for:
• Duplicate charges
• Incorrect charges
System issues preventing service activation after payment
• Service not usable shortly after first purchase
The company will review each case and may offer refunds, service extensions, or other adjustments. Forgetting to cancel, not using the service, deleting the software, or disconnecting cameras are not valid reasons for a refund.
Account & Device Licensing: Each subscription is linked to one primary account and designated devices. You can connect cameras and AI models based on your plan. To change your main computer or reinstall, submit a request in Account Center.
AI Models: Cats and dogs share the same AI model. Rabbits require a separate model due to different body structure and behavior. If you care for both, you need both models.
Free Trial: Available once per account for new users. Repeated registrations, frequent device changes, or unusual activity may result in suspension and account verification.
Network Requirement: Real-time AI analysis requires your computer and camera to be on the same network.
No. After the Home Plan 90-day free trial ends, the system will not automatically charge you. You can subscribe in Account Center if you wish to continue.
Not necessarily. PHealth OS supports existing cameras that meet system requirements. Currently supported cameras: Xiaomi. More brands will be added.
Different plans support different camera counts. Please check plan details before subscribing.

Yes. You can upgrade anytime. The new features activate immediately, and you pay the prorated difference. Currently only the free trial is available. Basic, Premium, and Travel Plans coming soon.

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle. You keep premium features until the current cycle ends.
No. You keep paid features until the current cycle ends. After that, your account reverts to unpaid status.
No. Deleting the app, logging out, or disconnecting cameras does not cancel your subscription. To stop renewal, cancel auto-renewal in Account Center.
No. Health Assistance Alerts are observational tools only and cannot replace veterinary diagnosis. Consult a vet if your pet appears unwell.
It depends on your pet's health and your needs. Basic Plan may be enough for healthy, young pets. Consider Premium or higher plans for trend analysis, abnormal alerts, and multi-device management.
Yes, within reasonable limits. If you change your computer, the previously bound computer will be automatically logged out.
When an update is available, the system will notify you locally. No need to manually re-download.
